Q). Of all the places you have been to, which is your favourite and why?

Every single country has some amazing things to offer in terms of the culture, landscape and people groups. Africa is an amazing continent and nothing compares, but Europe and S.E. Asia are also favourites. Of course, it's the people I remember most (plus the guinea pig they served me in Peru!!)

Q). Do you send out a newsletter or monthly e-mail update?

Yes, we send out a monthly pictorial report via e-mail or snailmail. To request it, just fill out our online request form.

Q). How did you get into this type of ministry?

One day at a time! It has been a MAJOR journey of faith that we are still walking day by day.

Q). How do you balance family life and overseas ministry?

See last answer! :) My wife Rita is an amazing person and a gift to me from God. We know that God has called us to this life, and even though it can be challenging at times, it is wonderful!

Q). What has been the high point of your ministry?

Every time people respond to God's call on their lives it is a high point for me. Seeing people get "freed up" to live the life that God created them to live is what it's all about for me.

Q). What are your requirements to do a ministry event?

I am committed to working with local Christians from the city or country that I am serving in. For this reason, the ministry must be sponsored by Christians who are living in the ministry area. It is also a requirement that good follow-up is in place to look after those who take steps of faith during our time together.

Q). How is your ministry funded?

When I do outreach events, the host body gives an honorarium to Youth for Christ that helps to cover some of the costs. We also have a team of Christian people around the world who help to fund the expenses of this ministry. Their faithful support helps us to continue doing the work that God has called us to. They are a wonderful group of people who are excited to invest in the Kingdom of God through this ministry.
